Basthian Carrasco Campos. Political Scientist graduated from Diego Portales University, Chile. He holds a diploma in Government and Public Management from Alberto Hurtado University. He has been a consultant at the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Valparaíso and advisor to the Central Union of Workers (Central Unitaria de Trabajadores) of Chile. Currently, he is the director of the digital media RADIOSMOKE.CL, OnLine (Barrio Brasil, Santiago de Chile).
